These terms apply whenever you order a protocol, report, or reading from Soul Glow AI. By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. What We Offer

Soul Glow AI provides digital, personalized reports and readings that combine your own data (birth details, current situation, and your submitted question) with AI-assisted analysis, personally reviewed by Mr. Tanker before delivery.

2. Entertainment & Informational Purpose

All protocols on this site — including Rapid Clarity Protocol, Soul Blueprint, Shadow Debugger, Soul Glow Oracle, and every other product — are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. All decisions based on your report remain your sole responsibility.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. Beta or launch pricing shown on a product page reflects the current price at time of purchase and may change for future orders.

4. Delivery

Digital reports are delivered by email, typically within 24 hours of a completed order, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. Delivery times can vary based on demand.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because our reports are personalized digital content delivered immediately or within 24 hours, by placing an order you explicitly agree that delivery begins right away and you waive your right of withdrawal once the report has been sent to your inbox.

6. Refunds

Because each report is personalized and time-sensitive, we don't offer refunds once a report has been delivered. If your report seems incomplete, incorrect, or doesn't match what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours at hello@soulglowai.com and we'll make it right.

7. Your Data

8. Age Requirement

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

9. Limitation of Liability

Soul Glow AI is not liable for decisions made based on a report, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where NyxWorks (the operator of Soul Glow AI) is registered.
