2. What Data We Collect

• Contact details: name and email address, submitted through our lead and order forms.
• Birth data: date of birth, and optionally time and place of birth, submitted for personalized reports.
• Your question or context: whatever you tell us about your situation when ordering a protocol.
• Quiz answers: your responses to any diagnostic or "reality check" quiz on this site.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details.

3. Why We Collect It

• To generate and personally review the report, reading, or protocol you've ordered.
• To deliver that report to your inbox and respond to support requests.
• To send you the free "Personal Code" or related insights you've explicitly requested.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. How Long We Keep It

Query and report data is retained for up to 30 days after delivery to handle follow-up questions, then deleted from our active systems unless you've asked us to keep it longer (for example, as part of an ongoing service).

5. AI Processing

Your data is analyzed using AI tools as part of generating your report. Mr. Tanker personally reviews every result before it's sent — your data is never used to train third-party AI models, and your submissions are not shared publicly.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies & Analytics

This site may use basic analytics to understand traffic. It does not run third-party advertising trackers. Some features (like quiz progress) use your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent to us.
